CONNIE HERNANDEZ: I think personal decisions are always the most difficult. It is very, very difficult to find personnel who are as passionate about your business, who care about your customers, as you do. And so you may hire people that you like a great deal, and who have a lot of gifts, but they’re either not in a position they should be in, or the time in their life is not, you know, geared to where they’re at right now. You know, we hired people who were doing this as a stop gap, you know, well, I’m doing this for a year but I really want to be an actor, or I really want to be a preacher, or I really want to be something else, well, that never works, because, we really want to create, because we really want to grow the business, and grow people at the same time. So, I suppose that might be an idealistic way, but I would love to find people that would stay and grow, who would see the opportunity that this presents itself.
