MICHAEL GREECE: This particular staff in this office has a, I think a really wonderful sense of humor, and I think they use it amongst themselves, day to day, to relieve stress and to cope with the stress of meeting deadlines and working with sometimes difficult clients. So I think sense of humor is a really important element when you are hiring somebody. I generally try in an interview, I try to do some sort of test market of someone’s sense of humor. I will ask a dumb question that’s maybe completely off the subject, or I always try to have a social banter before we get into the serious questions, because I think that’s really urgent in a business that’s high stress, that’s high energy, and that is, you know, requires, you know, an environment where it’s important that everybody get along.
