Rebecca Mazin

With more than 20 years of expertise Rebecca Mazin co-founded Recruit Right to create usable solutions for employers to meet increasingly complicated human resources challenges. Rebecca’s clients benefit from clear guidance, tools and techniques that quickly cut through fads, jargon and complex regulatory issues. Recruit Right consulting, training and writing produces measurable results in a range of industries impacting organizations from small start-ups to industry giants.

Prior to founding Recruit Right, Rebecca held key management positions at major organizations including Hyatt Hotels, Owens Corning and the NLRB. Rebecca is the co-author of The HR Answer Book: An Indispensable Guide for Managers and Human Resources Professionals published by AMACOM (American Management Association Books) in 2004. Rebecca is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Labor Relations.

Rebecca has also written The Employee Benefits Answer Book; An Indispensable Guide for Managers and Business Owners, to be published by Jossey Bass Wiley in November 2010.
