Build a Chain

If one store is good, will a chain of two or three stores be even better for your business? If you're thinking of developing a chain, expect to spend as much time and energy in preparing each new location as you did with your first. Do the proper market research for each new site and make sure your reasons for expanding are financially sound. Are you taking advantage of an untapped market that's not already inundated with your types of products or services? Or is your target market so large it can support another location even with competition?
