Using Technology

In general, small businesses don't have lots of money to spend on the latest and greatest technology such as servers, storage units, and advanced printers. If your small business requires nothing more than a few basic computers and an all-in-one printer, and you have the budget, you might do well to purchase what you need and take the write off. If, on the other hand, your small business depends on the latest and greatest technology to operate and needs to continually upgrade the technology to stay competitive, and you don't have the budget, consider leasing the technology until you have the money to purchase what you need.
