Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our customer refund and service credit policy for products, services and memberships is as follows:

The depth of information in domestic Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. credit decision reports will vary based on the information collected directly from the report subject and third party sources, presence or absence of public filings, credit activity and age of business. Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. credit decision reports may or may not contain financial statements, trade information, principal antecedents and/or public filings. The minimum level of information is defined as the delivery of a credit decisioning score which provides the user with a baseline of credit-oriented information to make a risk management decision.
No refunds, service credits or returns will be issued for reports ordered and delivered on the website where a credit decisioning score has been provided and the information contained in the business file has been verified.
These policies apply to orders placed on-line or by phone, and paid via credit card, eCheck or by invoice. Our customer refund and service credit policy for products, services and memberships is as follows:

The unused portion from prior purchased services made through the Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. website and/or through a Small Business Group consultant cannot be applied as a credit towards D&B products or services.
All refund or service credit requests should be directed to sbssupport@dnb.com or you can call 866-584-0283. No cash refunds or services credits are issued outside of this policy. The appearance of a credit card refund on your account may take 3-5 days based on the time of the bank issuing the card. Cancellation of Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. invoices can take 3-5 business days.
The Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. Terms of Service and this Refund & Cancellation Policy may be amended from time to time. Your continued use of the licensed products following notice of any such amendment shall be conclusively deemed an acceptance of such amendment.
The minimum level of information is defined as the delivery of one or more credit decisioning score(s) which provides the user a baseline of credit-oriented information to make a risk management decision. These scores are:
